Red Tail USA's Return Policy

-Red Tail USA's return policy is 30-days from the date of your purchase. 

-For proper refunds/exchanges, all returned items must have their original tags attached and original packaging. Clothing must be in new, unwashed condition. 

-Return Exceptions and Restocking Fees 
A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns in new condition, with original packaging and tags attached. 

Items returned that have been worn, washed, are dirty and/or smell of perfume/smoke will incur a 50% restocking fee. 

We do not refund the original shipping and handling paid on the order.

Starting the Return Process 
If your item meets the criteria for new condition, please email customer_support@redtailusa.com to request a return. We will respond within 24 hours with an RMA# for your order.

Once the return has been authorized and an RMA# issued, please mail your returned item(s) to:
